CTI opens new office in Novosibirsk.
The new office was officially opened in Novosibirsk on 5 September 2013. A team with experience in working within this region is assembled and ready-to--go. So, the company has made another step towards expanding business in Russia and the CIS, the new office in Kazakhstan has been opened early this year.
CTI has been very careful while recruiting new staff for the the new office. The team consists of the best specialists with expertise in system integration. Particular attention is paid to search and recruitment of specialists for engineering unit and a for position of project managers. There is a plan to open internship position for students of specialized universities in the near future.

In the future we plan to carry out other activities which will present the latest innovative solutions for companies from various industries.
CTI is ready to introduce a new solution starting from collaboration and to unified communications (video conferencing, business communications tools by CiscoWebEx, contact centers, analytic systems and optimizing contact center optimizing), solutions for audit and information security, data centers and interactive TV. The emphasis is going to be put on solutions for maintenance of customer infrastructures and IT-outsourcing.
Apart from the above, a new range of cloud services will be introduced to customers in Siberia in the near future.
