We saw Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS)as a platform in which this ideology is implemented optimally. As a provider of technology platform, CTI plans to promote on-demand services to serve common customers, create new service ecosystem. We are sure of being in trend and on-demand services platform based on Cisco HCS has a good chance of success,» says Oleg Schapov, CEO at CTI.
