CTI plans to boost Dell EMC product-related service sales 90%

CTI plans to boost Dell EMC product-related service sales 90% in 2017 as it has received a status of Dell EMC Service Partner. The status of Certified Service Partner gives CTI the right to service Dell EMC’s client and server solutions sold to corporate customers.
Until now, CTI had to sign contractor agreements with Dell EMC-certified organizations in order to service Dell EMC equipment. This new status enables CTI to occupy a new market niche.
