CTI: 15 years on the market of innovative telecommunications
Russian system integrator CTI celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. Over these years, the company has become one of the leaders in the market of telecommunication services in Russia and CIS countries. The company history began in 2002. On the premises of CompTek IP-telephony center, CTI - Center of Telephony Intergration was established which was later on renamed CTI- Communications. Technology. Innovations. With the advent of the software development department in 2003, the company set a course for development of its own innovative products and solutions. After two years of successful operation, CTI received the highest status Gold Partner of Cisco Systems. Since then CTI has annually confirmed the unique set of statuses of the leading international partner, including master specializations - Security and Collaboration, develops and implements complex integration projects.
Nowadays, the company is ready to offer to its customers a wide range of IT-solutions in the communication field based on conventional, cloud and hybrid models. CTI creates and implements different products to solve a wide range of business tasks based on its own technological solutions as well as products of the world's leading IT-vendors: Cisco Systems, HPE, Dell EMC, VMware, NetApp and so on.
For 15 years CTI has built more than 70 contact centers (CCs) in Russia, including Rosbank, Rusfinance Bank, ER-Telecom. The largest contact center is a distribution CC for Rostelecom with 7000 operators. CTI engineers built and upgraded the core network nodes with 2G/3G/4G support for VimpelCom Group and launched an interactive TV service for MTS, Tattelecom and Bashinformsvyaz.
WFO technologies (solution on workforce optimization), omni-channel service and the widespread implementation of all kinds of video services appear to replace the usual CC technologies and voice services.
Staying at the cutting edge of the modern information technologies, CTI is engaged in development and implementation of complex projects of different sizes and complexity.
