CTI awarded at Cisco 2014 EMEAR and UK&I. Customer Collaboration Sales Summit
Last week, London hosted the 2014 Cisco EMEAR and UK & I * Customer Collaboration Sales Summit, an annual regional summit for collaboration solutions partners of Cisco. During the event, CTI has been awarded 2014 Contact Center Partner of the Year EMEAR Russia / CIS **, as a company that successfully implemented more than one project on building contact centers for the last year. The largest telecommunications, industrial, public, retail companies are among significant CTI projects. It is a big honor for CTI to be the only Cisco partner that won the prestigious award in the largest region, Russia and CIS, within the summit.
The annual summit is focused on Cisco contact center partners and key players in this industry, including specialized unified communication partners, authorized technology providers, HCS *** partners and Cisco vendors of contact center equipment. This year, summit was focused on education and innovation. Sales professionals could share the experience of attracting customers, discussing the latest trends, including mobile and cloud technologies.
