CTI becomes one of the best Cisco contact center partner in the world
At the annual Cisco Collaboration Summit held on November 17-19 in Los Angeles, CTI won award in the category of Customer Collaboration Conquerors as one of the best Cisco partner in the world that have capitalized on innovations in contact center. CTI is successfully implementing projects in this field, creating new and upgrading existing contact centers, including those provided on demand. CTI is an exclusive partner of Cisco in the largest region, Russia/CIS, received such an award.
The seventh summit was dedicated to education and innovations. During the event, Cisco's technology partners have been able to share their ideas and experience in implementing successful projects. Also, the summit participants had the opportunity to learn new flagship Cisco solutions, Business Edition 6000S and TelePresesnce SX10, which have been added to company portfolio of collaboration solutions.
