CTI Data Center Day brings together key data center partners
CTI, a Russian systems integrator (SI), held CTI Data Center Day on October 28. That was the first time for the event to take place outside the city, at Hilton Garden Inn Moscow New Riga. CTI’s key data center (DC) partners – Dell EMC, VMware, Commscope, Veritas and Brocade – all appeared at that venue. Speakers introduced audience to existing innovations and solutions related to construction and equipment of data centers. Speakers also provided reviews of Intel and Anixter products. CTI Data Center Day brought together financiers and bankers, retailers, manufacturers and officials.
Speakers covered a wide range of topics, including Data Center technology and solutions, talked about new products, including VMware NSX platform. Being a network virtualization platform for the software-defined data center, this solution enables the user operate a physical network as a logical resource pool, where resources may be used and reassigned upon demand. VMware NSX solution is a key to creation of advanced network infrastructures and software-defined data centers.
‘That was the first time we had a meeting with our partners and clients in that format,’ points out Anton Yakushin, Head of IT Infrastructure and Data Centers at CTI. ‘In our cooperation with vendors that event was long coming. This format enables us to have an open discussion with our partners and customers. We are happy that we can answer questions, exchange experiences, and offer our customers state-of-the-art solutions and products.’
