CTI announces to have passed recertification and to have confirmed four honorary Cisco partner statuses
- Cisco GOLD Certified Partner in RUSSIA status implies a high level of project management methodology, streamlined procedures for quality management of service maintenance in the projects of any complexity and high level of solutions development on the basis of Cisco products. CTI remains Cisco Gold Partner for 11 years.
- Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Master Partner Worldwide status confirms competence of CTI experts in the sphere of managed services covering the life cycle of a solution including planning, design, implementation, support, maintenance and optimization of IT services. CTI is the only company in Russia which has been awarded with this status.
- Master Collaboration Specialization status proves the highest competence level and exclusive expertise in unified communications and is awarded only to elite partners. CTI is Cisco only partner in Russia to have obtained this status as far back as in 2010 and ever since.
- Master Security Specialization guarantees the highest level of specialization in IS sphere. This status proves the partner’s practical experience in the sphere of integrated solutions for network security.

Cisco Powered Managed Services
- Business Communication. Combining various communication media (audio and video calls, conferences, messaging) into a unified, manageable and extensible system accessible from anywhere in the world.
- Unified Contact Center. The purpose of this service is high level servicing and processing of calls and arrangement of outgoing campaigns. Work force optimization (WFO/WFM) and interactive voice response are included in this service.
