CTI’s integrated management system is certified in compliance with three ISO standards
CTI, a Russian systems integrator (SI), announces that it has successfully passed the ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance audit conducted by the British Standards Institution (BSI), and has been given positive recommendations and excellent feedback about consistent development of the integrated management system.
Positive audit results are a testament to deep integration of management systems, perfect alignment of processes and effective interactions in all CTI’s areas of business, as well as a guarantee of quality of IT services provided to customers and partners.
ISO 9001 certificate confirms that CTI has a unified quality management system (QMS). QMS is designed to maintain and raise customer satisfaction through effective management of customer service processes, streamlined communications and clear business processes. The compliance of CTI’s QMS with ISO 9001:2008 requirements underscores excellent alignment of in-house processes, impeccable organization and continuous improvement in operations of all functions involved. These advantages enable CTI to both maintain its reputation as a consistent business partner and readily explore new economic horizons.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is an IT service management system (SMS) standard. CTI’s Service and IT Outsourcing provides a full range of tech support, outsourcing, IT consulting and managed services. CTI delivers 24/7 support to its customers, has a powerful industrial system for registration and coordination of requested works, which is supported by the regulations on mandatory control of compliance with customers’ requests according to SLA. Audit findings suggest that the said services that support ITSM processes and relevant communications are effective and in compliance with the international standard.
ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for an information security management system. The certificate of compliance confirms that CTI has a risk-oriented approach that ensures application of adequate information security measures. CTI’s customers and partners can trust CTI’s reliability in the information sector.
