CTI presents new solutions at Cisco Connect 2017
Systems integrator CTI attended Cisco Connect 2017, a conference held annually and bringing together leading ecosystem hardware and software developers. The conference took place on April 4-5 at the World Trade Centre (Moscow). At that forum, CTI served as an Internet of Things (IoT) integrator, and presented its latest IoT innovations in that thematic section. CTI experts also provided an overview of relevant CTI products for Cisco contact centers and announced new solutions to be unveiled in 2017.
CTI sponsored the Internet of Things section. Alexey Bugay, Deputy General Manager for Business Development at CTI, talked about key IoT trends. He presented the analysis of the most relevant issues in IoT development, described current needs of the public and business community. In his report, he discussed in detail the problems at the current stage of IoT development in Russia – who needs IoT, what slows down its development – and presented IoT products and solutions.
‘CTI is a strong IoT integrator, in addition to other areas. Our company has been working on cutting-edge technology since the day it was created, and it has learned to adjust quickly to new technologies,’ says Alexey Bugay. ‘We have experience in similar projects: we have been working on IPTV for over 10 years, and we now successfully leverage this experience in IoT, and this has already enabled us to progress much more than our competition. We are working on several pilot IoT projects. Building on the combination of a highly professional in-house R&D team, programming innovations and our experience of successful IPTV projects, we are capable of delivering projects of varying difficulty levels, and we are confident about the future of the Internet of Things.’
In the Contact Center section, Platon Begun, Head of Contact Centers at CTI, provided the overview of relevant CTI products and solutions for Cisco contact centers: CTI Outbound, CTI Scripting, CTI Output Step and CTI CCaaS. He described new features available in latest versions of CTI products, and the corporate development plan for 2017.
‘CTI products used in our contact center solutions enable our customers to get additional benefits while fulfilling their business tasks in customer service. For instance, CTI Scripting, a development tool for agent web apps and IVR scripts in contact centers, cuts script development or upgrade time 50%,’ clarifies Platon Begun. ‘Man hours invested by IT staff are reduced up to 80%. Product payback period is 6 months. CTI CCaaS (contact center as a service) enables to dramatically cut investments in creation and operation of contact centers. CTI Outbound, an automated outbound dialing system, helps create effective outbound dialing campaigns with flexible strategy management and effective integration into external systems, such as CRM, collector solutions, etc.’
At CTI booth guests of the conference could learn about CTI products and solutions in IoT, Research & Development, Hosted Collaboration Solution and cloud-based services.
