CTI launches useful web portal for cloud service management
CTI announces it has launched a dedicated service portal within development of On Demand cloud services that enables online service management without software installation, and makes services more easy to use.
The portal access is available over the Internet that allows using the service from any device, anywhere with a Internet access. Simple and modern design makes it easy to navigate the site, clean interface helps to find necessary functions quickly. The portal allows users to send connection requests for new services, manage service settings, change the range of services.
Role-based access control allows to provide users with the functionality they need or have permission to use. For example, the administrator interface includes additional elements for service control while users can just use the service.
With this portal it is easy to use On Demand video service. You can schedule a conference for a certain date and time, or start it right now if the virtual meeting room is free, invite participants using address book, add equipment installed in the meeting room to the list of participants. All participants receive invitations by e-mail, the service will automatically make a video call to all participants at scheduled time, and user can join active conference if conference host allows it. Also you can manage conferences, for example, to turn off participant`s microphone.
