CTI becomes first Cisco Intercloud partner in Russia
CTI, leading provider of cloud services on the Russian market, has signed a partnership agreement with Cisco to join Intercloud, innovative solution in the area of cloud infrastructure and applications.
CTI, Partner ecosystem and Cisco will offer to customers new opportunities to manage applications through hybrid cloud systems. This new solution is a unique combination of Application Centric Infrastructure, high productivity, and possibility to deploy Data Center all around the world with ability to easy and securely move applications and data in-between Data Centers.
Access to Intercloud will address territory distributed customer’s demand in global and highly secured cloud platform, which also satisfies the needs of Internet of Everything. Solution includes options of local or global deployment with secure workload mobility, data sovereignty, and increases automation and operational efficiency to lower costs while matching customer performance and SLA requirements.
Currently CTI is offering to its customers a number of cloud services from local Data Center based in Moscow, Russia: Unified Communication on demand, Contact Centers on demand, Telepresense on demand, Service Desk on demand and others. Joining Intercloud ecosystem will provide CTI with access to cloud platform on a global level, increasing coverage to offer to customers secure workload mobility to any place around the world.
