CTI successfully completes three ISO audit
CTI announces it has successfully completed an ISO 27001:2005/ISO 20000-1:2011/ISO 9001:2008 audit confirming the high level of internal process organization and services delivered to its customers. Audit has been performed by BSI (British Standards Institution).
Quality management system certification: ISO 9001:2008
Scope of the standard: design, development and implementation of IT services, technical support and maintenance.
In July this year, CTI has successfully passed CTI ISO 9001 compliance audit. The standard includes requirements for quality management system, compliance with which confirms the reliability of the company as IT service provider, its commitment to goals of increasing satisfaction of customers, partners and staff.
Service management system certification: ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011
Scope of the standard: service management system for outsourcing maintenance and technical support of hardware and software and providing cloud services to external customers.
In the last week of September, CTI has completed recertification audit, following which it was decided to extend the validity of ISO certification. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is based on the IT infrastructure library (ITIL®), defines the requirements for IT service management system and contributes to its continuous improvement. It offers universal criteria to objectively evaluate processes of IT service management provided by the company while meeting the requirements of customers, considering business features. Compliance with requirements of standart provides additional value to CTI customers, expressed in the ability to maintain target level of services.
Information security management system: ISO/IEC 27001: 2005
Scope of the standard: information security management system (ISMS) for outsourcing maintenance and technical support of hardware and software and providing services to external customers.
In october, CTI has successfully completed compliance audit, the purpose of which was to evaluate compliance of Information Security Management System (ISMS) elements with requirements of ISO.
According to BSI report, ISMS processes has been audited and recognized to be effective as a whole. CTI follows the approach to communication management, providing record keeping and assigning operational tasks concerning ISMS to the appropriate organizational structures for implementation and monitoring. ISMS is a part of the integrated management system of the company, including quality management system of and IT service management system, certified under the relevant standards.
This certification confirms the quality of information security management system at CTI and its ability to effectively manage risks. It gives confidence to CTI that it is reliable IT service provider, capable use appropriate protective measures for confidential data.
