CTI begins to provide IT infrastructure maintenance services to ORANTA Insurance Company.

CTI implements a project on providing comprehensive maintenance and support of IT infrastructure in regional offices of large insurance company ORANTA, part of the Dutch insurance group Achmea. At the moment, CTI provides services to regional offices of the company located in more than 40 different cities of the Russian Federation.
CTI specialists maintain smooth operation of automated workplaces (АРМ), peripheral and office equipment, install and configure system and office application software, including configuration and initial installation of new APM, optimizing their performance, and diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. An important feature of the project is that IT outsourcing services are delivered on demand when specific incidents happen, without monthly fees.
CTI provides the package of IT infrastruction maintenance services that enabled ORANTA to increase flexibility of IT services, to improve their control and manageability, increase productivity by reducing IT infrastructure downtime. Also partnership with CTI enabled ORANTA to significantly reduce hardware failures and, as a consequence, to increase customer loyalty.
