CTI launches enterprise support service Service desk On Demand delivered on SaaS model. The servicse is designed to maintain IT infrastructures of customers. Service desk On Demand by CTI allows customers to process requests, to manage level of service, issues and changes within the IT infrastructure of the customer.
The main benefit of this service is a significant reduction of costs on IT infrastructure maintenance, flexibility of services (the ability to change the volume depending on the business needs), payment only for options used.
Service activation takes the shortest time, just for one day.
Service desk On Demand is developed on the base of ExtraView platform, eliability and quality are guaranteed by SLA (service level agreement). The service is delivered 24/7 with 24-hour technical support included in the price.
CTI provides trial version for customers wishing to try the service.
