CTI EXPANDS OFFER CONTACT CENTER ON DEMAND
CTI has expanded the list of services that make up the solution Contact Centre On Demand. Now, this service includes a new feature called Cisco Jabber.
Cisco Jabber is an application that lets users access presence, instant messaging (IM), voice, video, voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing on Windows, Mac OS, tablets and smartphones. Cisco Jabber helps corporate users to perform simple and secure search for the right employees. It also allows to find out if they are available for communication, on which devices and then to work together, choosing one or another method.
The feature, as a part of service Contact Center On Demand, has more useful alternative options than standard Softphone. Softphone is installed by default with a basic service package, Jabber is optional and can be used as an alternative communication device. The service Contact Center On Demand is developed on the base of solution Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise) and allows Russian companies to quickly deploy its own contact center, to expand its functionality with the minimum investment and the lowest costs.
The advantages of Contact Center on Demand are rental equipment and software, no connection fees, changing the number of operators and supervisors, 24-hour technical support included in the price of the subscription, flexible integration with CRM systems (available to Russian customers).
