CTI'S INNOVATIVE SOLUTION FOR MTS AWARDED BY INTERNATIONAL EXPERTS

The system integrator CTI has introduced the Virtual PBX service for clients of Mobile TeleSystems PJSC (MTS), a leading Russian telecommunications operator. The service is unique in terms of its functionality. The solution won the Innovation Awards 2017 nomination in the Global Telecoms Business Innovation Awards, which identifies the most successful telecommunication projects in the world. In less than a year of commercial operation, more than 50,000 MTS customers – employees of Russian companies in various industries – have subscribed to the service.

In order to enter the B2B market, CTI offered MTS an innovative solution – the competitive Virtual PBX service. The service is unique due to the convergence of fixed and mobile communications. Employees from different parts of Russia can be connected within a single corporate telephone network, including those regions of Russia where it is not possible to connect to the internet or lay telephone lines.

The MTS Virtual PBX subscribers are assigned a single short telephone number for mobile and landline phones. MTS customers can connect various services: auto-secretary, single free multi-channel number, virtual contact center, call recording, call statistics, call filtering and much more. The system can be used without additional equipment or complex technical support, which saves money on maintaining a large staff of engineers and IT infrastructure.
