Global changes in employer policies last year, especially the need to transfer workers to a remote working regime, created the need for new levels of flexibility in the information infrastructure and implementation of information security requirements for remote workplaces. Especially important were methods of authentication and protection of communication channels. All of this was done in an emergency timeframe and as a result companies of all sizes faced a whole range of problems.

CTI BUILDS A BACKUP DATA CENTER FOR THE INTERNATIONAL TAXI SERVICE MAXIM

The CTI system integrator has completed the construction of a backup data center for the international taxi service Maxim in Kurgan, Russia. The project is the second stage of a multi-year infrastructure modernization and development plan aimed at meeting the growing needs of the customer and ensuring uninterrupted service. The first phase was completed in 2016.

CTI PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE IT SUPPORT FOR THE FINN FLARE RETAIL NETWORK

At the beginning of 2018, CTI extended the current outsourcing contract for the IT infrastructure support of the Finnish retail chain Finn Flare. The work is provided under contract in compliance with the stringent requirements of the SLA, in terms of both incident response time, and equipment and system performance recovery time.
