Based on the results of 2020, the business integrator CTI received the Cisco Partner of the Year award and was recognized as the vendor winner in the nomination Technology Excellence Partner of the Year Award: Collaboration. This nomination marks CTI's leading positions in comprehensive implementation, design and maintenance of all Cisco solutions for unified communications, collaboration tools, contact centers and other high-tech solutions.

Business integrator CTI has been cooperating with Cisco since 2002, meeting the clients’ needs for the vendor’s equipment and software from a vendor in Russia and the CIS. At the moment, CTI holds more than 40 statuses in total and two Cisco Master specializations, making CTI’s expertise unique in the Russian market. In 2020, CTI successfully implemented a number of major projects in banking, telecommunication, retail, transport and other industries.
